Construction: Exterior wall construction uses 2"x6" studs for
stronger support and heavier insulation.
Siding:
Four sides of the house use Hardiplank Lap siding, with shingle accents per plan. Hardiplank, a non-combustible fiber reinforced-cement that won't rot, is highly resistant to water damage and comes with a 50-year warranty.
Painting:
The base exterior paint color is sprayed on the house and the trim color is rolled by hand to provide better penetration and improved color retention.

Low maintenance and long life Pabco fiberglass composition with a 20 year warranty.
